Exhibitor card
If you are an exhibitor at the fair, you need an exhibitor card that must be worn visibly. Here you can register yourself and your colleagues who will be attending the fair. You will then receive the exhibitor card when you register at the fair.

Due to other events, goods must be picked up no later than this date.
There is no access to the hall beyond the given opening hours.
Ordering of equipment
DEADLINE FOR ORDERING EQUIPMENT AND POWER FOR STAND IS: Monday, March 3.
Orders received after this deadline will be subject to a 25% surcharge.
Orders received after the start of assembly will be charged with a 50% surcharge.

The exhibitor will be charged for all goods ordered. In the event of a shortage of goods, the exhibitor is responsible for stating this on the first day of the fair.
Power and light
Expolight is our subcontractor for power, ceiling suspension and lighting. Orders are placed via our webshop, see above. If there is a need for power around the clock, this must be notified.
Note: there are no power points in the hall. All power needs must be booked in advance.

Exhibition walls
The exhibition walls are a modular system where each module is 99 cm x 250 cm.
The light measure on the plate is 95 cm. x 235 cm. The walls are supported by a front beam around the stand.
If you do not need a front beam, please contact us.
Let us know in advance if you are bringing your own decorative panels to be included in the wall frame. The dimensions of the panel 2364 mm x 964 mm, max 3 mm thickness.
Only approved tape may be used to hang posters and other items on the walls. This is to avoid damage. Masking tape may also be used. Suitable 3m tape can be purchased at the conference counter in the meeting center, masking tape must be taken down by the exhibitor. Other tape can be used if masking tape is used under your own tape.
Cleaning of stands
Vacuuming of stands and meeting rooms takes place after assembly.
If extra cleaning is required on the stand, this can be ordered from Carina Lukashuagen (+47 414 11 076, cl@xmeetingpoint.no)
Price NOK 10/ m² incl. VAT.
Shipment of goods / forklift assistance / intermediate storage
Goods must be labeled with Sign, Print & Promotion, company name, which stand you will have and contact person with telephone number.
If you are not present when the goods arrive, you must approve that we sign for receipt of the goods by sending an email to Petter with information about the delivery (number of packages, size and weight). Please note that we are not responsible for the equipment.
If you need a truck for unloading goods, access to stands or removal and storage of empty packaging, this can be agreed in advance. Pre-booked loading is prioritized.
Truck assistance: Kr. 550,- incl. VAT per commenced 15 minutes.
NB! Goods over 2m³ and/or 2500 kg. must be reported no later than Monday, January 16.
This is due to the rental of a larger truck.
Intermediate storage after fixed dismantling days until collection: Kr. 500,- incl. VAT per square meter, per day. Truck assistance and interim storage can be booked with Petter Frøberg.
We have some trolleys and pallet jacks on loan, but recommend that exhibitors bring their own.
Goods to be picked up must be pre-packed and labeled for collection.
It is not possible to drive into the hall.
Waste container
There will be containers available outside the hall.
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own waste from the stand and common areas.
Internet / WiFi
We have an open guest Wi-Fi included for all guests.
This will work on computers and mobile phones. If you need internet on other devices, this must be ordered in our webshop.
We do not want exhibitors to bring their own Wi-Fi equipment as we have a very efficient wi-fi. This is to avoid interference with both our and the exhibitor’s own Wi-Fi.
Food and drinks
It is possible to order food and drink to serve from your own stand or meeting room. More information will be provided upon arrival.
Opening hours
The fair is open to the public on Wednesday at 9.00 – 17.00, Thursday 9.00 – 16.00
Important information for exhibitors
Goods must be placed adequately packed and labeled for collection.
The driver must be informed of where and what is to be delivered/collected. It is recommended that the map on p.4 is forwarded to the driver.
All exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their own stand and surrounding area is cleared and rubbish disposed of.
All exhibition walls, meeting rooms, areas and equipment must be returned in the same condition as on arrival. If a rigging company is used, this exhibitor information must be forwarded.
Extra work for our staff due to lack of cleanup, labeling and moving of goods will be charged to the exhibitor.
Damage caused by the exhibitor to exhibition walls, meeting rooms, common areas or equipment will be charged to the exhibitor.
Additional storage costs will be charged for goods not collected by Monday, March 25.
Candlelight is not permitted in the exhibition hall.

Quality Hotel Olavsgaard
You can also choose to stay in the center of Oslo. The bus runs twice an hour and takes about 40 minutes.
Parking
X Meeting Point has the largest parking lot in Eastern Norway, with 4.500 slots – with possibility for EV charging.
Parking must take place in the signposted parking lot south and west of the conference center.
Price for parking is NOK 150 per day. Payment is made via the Easypark app or at payment machines in the parking lot.
Vehicles that have not paid for parking may be subject to a control sanction from Park Nordic.
Do not park by the goods reception area. This space should only be used for loading and unloading, minimum 6m from the gate. It is not possible to drive into the hall.
Transportation
X Meeting Point is at Hellerudsletta, along RV 22 between Hvam and Gjelleråsen – close to E6, and between Oslo and Oslo Airport.
The road to Hellerudsletta is marked from E6 at Hotel Olavsgaard, and along RV 4 from Gjelleråsen. By car we are 15 minutes away from Oslo – and we guarantee you’ll find a slot.
Airport Shuttle
The Airport Shuttle stops in front of our entrance en route to Oslo. Heading back to Oslo Airport the shuttle stops at Hellerud.
Public transport
From Oslo Bus Terminal
- Take bus 380 towards Lillestrøm
- Exit at Hellerud bus stop
The bus leaves twice an hour, and takes about 43 minutes.
From Oslo Central Station
- Take the train towards Lillehammer, Eidsvoll or Dal
- Exit at Lillestrøm
- Take bus 380 towards Oslo Bus Terminal from Lillestrøm Bus Terminal
- Exit at Hellerud bus stop
The trains from Oslo to Lillestrøm leaves every 10th minute. The bus leaves twice an hour from Lillestrøm Bus Terminal.
